Dylan joined our firm the summer of 2023 as a recruiter of new team members and moved into a more general HR role in 2024 onboarding new team members, creating job expectations and policies and responding to daily MS Teams requests that HR weigh in on firm behaviour.
After work, Dylan’s HR voice tone is replaced by a different tone, as he cheers on the Buffalo Bills. Dylan makes up for his choice in NFL teams by supporting the Raptors and making excellent suggestions for firm lunch group orders!
