Flat Fees

We provide most of our non-litigation Business Law work on a flat rate basis.  Below is sample of some common things we do for a flat rate, but if you don’t see what you need here, give us a shout by email or phone and we’ll talk through the issue and give you a quote.  Our Small Claims flat fee rates can be found on the Small Claims tab on our front page.

All fees below do not include disbursements or taxes.

Basic Provincial Incorporation with Simple Share Structure

Professional Provincial Incorporation with Simple Share Structure

Corporate Amendment

Business Name Registration

Employee Handbook

  • Includes drafting handbook; correspondence with client; minor handbook amendments; finalization
